I hit my 30-pound weight loss goal today. I tried to think back to when the last time I was at this weight… admittedly I haven’t been doing the best at tracking my numbers. It may have been in 2015 when I did a DietBet in Feb-Mar of that year, which says I got down to 217 pounds. I listed 215 on my 2013 Driver’s license, but who knows if that number was accurate.

I’m not sure how I feel about this. Definitely glad that I hit this number. There’s still more to go. Wishing I could go back and tell a younger self what to do differently. Wishing I knew what I do know about what works for me – DASH diet was terribly difficult to follow, low processed carbs helpful, OMAD fasting isn’t that bad if you do it regularly. And it helps having someone help you along the way.

Onward and upward. (Or is it downward?)
